We don’t outsource our infrastructure, either – you trust us with your data, and we’ll be able to tell you where it resides, who has access to it, and where and how it is backed up.  If you *want* us to keep an encrypted copy in a far-flung place, we will – but it’ll reside in our datacenter where we can get to it quickly, if needed.
